HOW DO YOU PRINT YOUR PRODUCTS?
– Affiches ‘Fine Art’ are Giclee prints using archival pigment inks on 308 gsm, 100 % cotton white Hahnemühle paper.
They are delicate products and can be easily damaged, it is recommended to frame them and avoid to put your fingers on it to preserve the print in top condition. To ensure long life of your print it is advised to avoid hanging above sources of direct heat, in direct sunlight or in damp and humid environments as it will gradually degrade the print quality.
All my fine art prints except the A5 prints are supplied with a border suitable for framing and are delivered titled and signed.
– Affiches ‘Premium’ are full-color printed on 300 gsm, premium white paper with a light texture. They are supplied with a white border suitable for framing.
Please note that there may be slight colour differences between images as viewed on the screen and the actual delivered print colours, which may be caused by variations in computer screen quality.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
– Credit card : Payments are made online through the secured Paypal payment platform. You don’t need to have a Paypal account to purchase. When you validate your shopping cart (« checkout ») you are redirected to the Paypal page, you can select the method of payment by credit card and fill in the usual fields on your card.
– Paypal: You must have a Paypal account.

HOW DO YOU MAIL/PACKAGE YOUR PRODUCTS?
When your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email.
-All prints are packed inside a plastic sleeve and further packed in a cardboard box
-Cards are packed inside a plastic sleeve and further packed in a bubble mailer.
All orders are packaged and posted by me generally once a week. From time of posting the shipping time frames via regular France Post are as follows:
Within France – 2-7 Days
Worldwide – 1-4 weeks
Please note that failure to select the correct shipping method will increase delivery time. Please double check the address to which you wish your order to be delivered in order to avoid any problem.
*Delivery times can be longer during holidays.
Orders placed for shipment to OUTSIDE France may be subject to import taxes. Some additional customs duties or taxes are the customers responsibility and as such will need to be paid to the courier before they can release the item to you.
IS THERE A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER?
Yes, for every order both within France and International, a tracking number is recorded. If you have not received your French order within 7 working days or International order within 20 working days, pop a line to email@example.com and your order will be tracked.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?
Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund. Once i receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (shipping costs are non-refundable). Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.
ARE YOU AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOM WORK?
Yes ! I’m a freelance illustrator and am available to take on custom illustration work on a limited basis. CAN YOU DRAW MY PORTRAIT?
I’m sorry I can’t. I’m very flattered to receive that kind of commission but portraiture is a very different art form what I use to do.
